Baggage
Tracking:
We provide baggage-tracking service to our corporate clients
through ABC Corporate Services. A lost bag, when located, will be
forwarded to your current or next location via this service.
Travel
Advisory and "Situation" Information: In many parts of the world,
the U.S. has issued travel advisory warnings of political or health
situations that warrant concern or avoidance of that area. We will
advise you of any situations that currently exist at destinations
you are traveling to. We will also advise you of potential situations
such as "probable strikes by air traffic controllers".

HOUR TOLL-FREE ASSISTANCE:
Angora Travel Management's standard hours of operation are:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
For
travel emergencies requiring after hour assistance, Angora Travel
subscribes to ABC Corporate Services' TESS (Travelers Emergency
Service System), a service bureau. Your travelers will be issued
an emergency service number for toll-free professional service for
travel emergencies (outside Angora's business hours) including airline
and car rental reservations, hotel accommodations and other services
a corporate traveler may need when plans change suddenly.
The
service is staffed by professionals with 5-7 years travel industry
experience. This service is available from all domestic locations
as well as from 34 foreign countries. From countries not having
a toll-free number, your travelers can call collect to a designated
number.
