We,
at Angora Travel, are pleased to be your full service corporate
travel agency and are looking forward to working with you. As a
proactive travel management company, we are committed to making
your travel as comfortable and cost effective as possible.
Attached
you will find a Travel Profile form and your coded 24 hour emergency
service numbers. Please make note of the number and code. For security
reasons, we do not print these numbers on itineraries or give it
out on our after hours voice mail. The emergency service fees will
be billed to you or your company monthly.
The
Travel Profile form, if you have not already done so, should be
completed and e-mailed back to us as soon as possible. It can also
be used to communicate future profile information changes. It is
crucial that the information on the Travel Profile form is accurate.
This information will be transferred to our computer and stored
where it will serve as our primary source of your travel information.
Please
be sure that your name is spelled the same on every frequent flyer
program. If your frequent flyer name does not match, exactly, the
name on the Travel Profile form, the airline will drop the frequent
flyer number from a reservation.
Frequent
flyer numbers that are entered into your travel profile will automatically
be generated to the airlines, each time a reservation is placed.
Due to occasional computer problems, we recommend that you confirm
that the airline has received your frequent flyer number at check
in.
